Steffen b9eac75b94 feat(config): switch embeddings to Google Gemini Embedding 2 (768d) ...

Replace the Nvidia Nemotron embedding (not in opencode-mem's dimension
map) with google/gemini-embedding-2 at 768 dims (cheapest/fastest option
from Google). Embedding stays on OpenRouter /embeddings with
env://OPENROUTER_API_KEY; provider pinning is not possible via
opencode-mem (it sends only {input, model}).
